Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Manage general ledger reconciliation and resolve complex accounting discrepancies.
- Assist in external audits and internal controls implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor annual budgets.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- CPA certification or CMA designation is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
