Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead internal control audits and compliance documentation
- Analyze variance reports and provide strategic financial insights
- Coordinate external audits with third-party firms
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Maintain GAAP compliance and regulatory filings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record in financial reporting and reconciliation
