Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities using a mix of outbound strategies and networking.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, providing weekly reporting on pipeline and activity.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation skills and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
