Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new enterprise-level opportunities within target markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close, including presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and solution adoption.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrable experience closing complex enterprise deals (ACV > $50k).
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
- Strong understanding of solution selling methodologies and value-based selling.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
