Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing high-value deals.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct product demos and presentations to demonstrate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
