Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory using a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our SaaS platform.
- Navigate the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines and manage CRM data to ensure pipeline hygiene and reporting accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
