Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery calls to contract negotiation and closing.
- Cultivate strong relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new vertical opportunities.
- Provide regular, data-driven feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance our solution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or Technology.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with a high-velocity sales environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
