Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs and pain points.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, demonstrating strong business acumen and value proposition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5+ years of proven success in a full-cycle B2B sales role, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and value-based sales methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with C-level executives.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
