Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Sea and Air Freight divisions.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business accounts while managing and growing existing client portfolios.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed performance KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates to senior management.
- Participate in high-level negotiations and contract management with key enterprise clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping industries.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and successful business development in the freight sector.
- Strong understanding of international trade, incoterms, and customs brokerage processes.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in managing a high-performance sales team.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
