Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and capture new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our AI-driven compliance SaaS platform.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral and product positioning.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or a high-pressure sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the technology landscape, specifically SaaS and AI/Automation tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
- Self-motivated professional with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and modern sales engagement tools.
- Resilient, goal-oriented mindset with a positive approach to overcoming objections.
