Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales conversion in-store.
- Analyze sales data, inventory turnover, and market trends to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design in-store displays and promotional setups that reflect brand identity.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit merchandising standards and provide actionable feedback to store managers.
- Manage the end-of-month inventory cycle, including stock takes, cycle counts, and markdown adjustments.
- Train retail staff on product knowledge, merchandising best practices, and visual presentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, visual merchandising, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
