Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and execute timely reorders to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and plan seasonal assortments.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure product displays align with brand standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Identify underperforming SKUs and propose strategies for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail merchandising or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail management software (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
