Responsibilities
- Develop innovative menus aligned with culinary trends and seasonal ingredients
- Lead kitchen operations with emphasis on consistency, presentation, and cost control
- Mentor and develop culinary team members through structured training programs
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations (HACCP) and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with suppliers to source premium local and international ingredients
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and kitchen budgeting efficiently
- Oversee menu development for new restaurant openings
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years professional culinary experience with 3+ years as Head Chef/Executive Chef
- Formal culinary education from accredited institution preferred
- Proven track record in high-volume fine dining establishments
- Expert knowledge of Asian fusion cuisine and international culinary techniques
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced understanding of cost control and inventory management systems
- Singapore Work Permit or Singaporean/PR citizenship required
