Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 5+ years in restaurant management with fine dining or luxury hotel experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings (Sommelier certification preferred)
- Expertise in POS systems, inventory software, and financial reporting
- Exceptional conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Food Handler and ServSafe certifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts
