- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relations

- Manage financial performance including cost control and P&L analysis

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in restaurant management with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in team development and performance optimization
