Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, inventory, and vendor management
- Train and develop 15+ front-of-house staff on service excellence and menu expertise
- Implement cost-control measures to maintain 25% food cost ratio
- Develop seasonal promotions aligned with culinary trends and guest preferences
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's food safety regulations (HACCP)
- Resolve guest inquiries and maintain 98% satisfaction rating
- Collaborate with chefs on menu development and wine pairings
Qualifications
- 5+ years in F&B management with 2+ years in premium dining
- Proven track record of achieving P&L targets and revenue growth
- Advanced certification in Food Safety Management (e.g., WSQ Advanced Food Hygiene)
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or Japanese
- Expertise in Oracle MICROS POS and inventory systems
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
