Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Train and mentor service staff on premium dining etiquette and menu knowledge
- Develop innovative seasonal promotions and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen team to maintain seamless service flow and quality standards
- Implement health and safety protocols while ensuring compliance with Singapore's F&B regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and create development plans for team members
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for premium ingredients
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in F&B management with 2+ years in fine dining establishments
- Proven track record in achieving revenue targets and improving profitability
- Advanced certification in hospitality management or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Singapore's F&B regulations and licensing requirements
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages preferred
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and P&L management
