Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Lead a diverse team of 20+ culinary and service professionals through training and performance development
- Develop innovative seasonal menus that showcase local ingredients while maintaining profitability
- Implement and maintain rigorous food safety and sanitation standards exceeding industry requirements
- Analyze financial performance metrics to optimize cost control and revenue growth strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted promotions and community engagement initiatives
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and proactive problem resolution
Qualifications
- 5+ years progressive management experience in high-volume, concept-driven restaurants
- Proven expertise in P&L management, inventory control, and labor optimization
- ServSafe certification and extensive knowledge of HACCP protocols
- Demonstrated ability to develop and mentor high-performing hospitality teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in restaurant management software (Toast, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish
- Passion for farm-to-table cuisine and Austin's culinary culture
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
