Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service flow, exceptional food quality, and impeccable guest experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing front-of-house and back-of-house team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage financial performance, including P&L statements, budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to achieve profitability targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and operational integrity.
- Develop and implement local marketing initiatives and promotional strategies to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and attract new clientele.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently, turning potential issues into opportunities for loyalty and positive brand perception.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to maintain menu integrity, seasonal specials, and consistent product quality that exceeds expectations.
- Optimize staffing levels, scheduling, and comprehensive training programs to maximize efficiency, service excellence, and employee retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in restaurant management, with at least 3 years as a General Manager in an upscale or high-volume dining environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, managing P&L, and achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team towards shared goals and peak performance.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, problem-solving capabilities, and conflict resolution abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety standards, local liquor laws, and health regulations.
- Proficiency in modern restaurant POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
