Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative food and beverage strategies that align with brand standards and market trends.
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Proven track record of success in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
