Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
- Digital Transformation: Oversee the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., mobile apps, loyalty platforms, IoT) into the in-store and online customer journey.
- Data Analytics: Leverage big data to drive decision-making, optimize supply chain logistics, and personalize customer experiences at scale.
- Vendor Management: Partner with top-tier tech vendors and development agencies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance digital products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional team of developers, UX designers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Brand Integration: Ensure all digital touchpoints authentically reflect the Nordic Brew Co. brand identity and premium positioning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or technology leadership within the Food & Beverage, Retail, or Hospitality sectors.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Data Fluency: Proven track record of using analytics to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
