Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor financial performance, P&L statements, and budget adherence
- Coordinate with marketing teams to maximize occupancy and revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service issues
- Collaborate with local community partners to showcase authentic Balinese culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Expertise in staff training, performance management, and cross-cultural leadership
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
