Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational activities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote resort offerings and drive occupancy
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with exceptional service recovery techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and P&L management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages valued
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and industry trends
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Certification in Hospitality Management preferred
