We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our award-winning property. As the face of our resort, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of our team and driving revenue growth in one of Indonesia’s most sought-after destinations.
Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Directly oversee all resort operations, including housekeeping, food & beverage, front office, and maintenance to ensure seamless execution.
- Guest Experience: Maintain a keen focus on guest satisfaction by personally addressing VIP needs and resolving complex service issues efficiently.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and adherence to company standards.
- Marketing & Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to drive occupancy rates and implement marketing strategies that enhance the resort’s brand presence.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to local laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in senior hospitality management, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure.
- Passion: A genuine passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
