Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 200+ hospitality professionals across departments
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to exceed revenue targets
- Ensure flawless guest experiences through service excellence initiatives
- Oversee operational budgets, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Implement sustainable practices and maintain AAA Five Diamond standards
- Collaborate with marketing to drive brand awareness and guest acquisition
- Handle VIP guest relations and crisis management protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages highly valued
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent certification
- Expertise in PMS systems, revenue management, and operational analytics
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Deep understanding of UAE tourism regulations and compliance
