Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily resort operations, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth, maximize occupancy rates, and enhance profitability.
- Manage the P&L, including budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture by mentoring department heads and staff.
- Liaise with owners, investors, and government officials to maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead marketing initiatives and coordinate special events to enhance the resort's brand presence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (General Manager or Assistant General Manager).
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and multi-departmental teams.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., AHLEI) is highly desirable.
