Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Implement and maintain brand service standards across all departments
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Handle escalated guest complaints with exceptional resolution skills
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with F&B, events, and security teams for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years at senior level
- Proven track record in team leadership and operational excellence
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Singapore Work Permit or citizenship
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly desirable
- Relevant hospitality degree or equivalent certification
