Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients in accordance with NMC standards.
- Clinical Assessment: Conduct thorough health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Medication Management: Safely administer medications and treatments, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient vitals and report any significant changes to the medical team immediately.
- Communication: Liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Qualifications
- Registration: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) in the UK.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in a clinical setting.
- Certifications: Valid NMC PIN and up-to-date Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills: Strong clinical skills with proficiency in IV therapy and wound care.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a patient-centric approach.
