Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced critical care nursing interventions for diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and interpret complex diagnostic data, adjusting treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records with precision and timeliness
- Participate in rapid response team activations and emergency protocols

Qualifications
- Active NY State RN license with BSN required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 3 years ICU experience with vent management expertise
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Proven proficiency in Epic EMR and critical care monitoring systems
- Exceptional critical thinking and rapid decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience with sepsis and stroke protocols
- Strong communication skills for high-stakes family interactions
