Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company’s primary CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Develop automated workflows and scripts to reduce manual data entry for agents.
- Conduct regular data audits and hygiene campaigns to maintain high-quality lead pipelines.
- Generate comprehensive sales reports and dashboards for executive leadership.
- Train real estate agents and staff on best practices for CRM utilization and lead nurturing.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital campaigns with sales data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM management within the Real Estate or Sales sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
