Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, status updates, and meeting agendas.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, scope of work, and meeting minutes.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to optimize team productivity.
- Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in project workflows and propose solutions.
- Maintain organized project folders and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
