- Analyze production data and implement process improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 quality standards
- Expertise in production planning and scheduling software
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Ability to read technical schematics and CAD drawings
