Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflow coordination across 3 assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize OEE
- Train and mentor 15+ production technicians on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and corrective action plans
- Collaborate with engineering on process improvements and new product launches
- Ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory levels and material flow through ERP system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive sector experience
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Proficiency in SAP/MES systems and production management software
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, and assembly processes
- OSHA 30-hour certification and safety management experience
- Proven track record in KPI achievement (scrap reduction, throughput, quality)
