Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 3 manufacturing lines (50+ team members)
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency by 15% annually
- Develop and maintain ISO 9001 quality control systems with <1% defect tolerance
- Coordinate with maintenance team to achieve 99% equipment uptime
- Lead Kaizen events and process optimization initiatives
- Manage inventory control and material flow through ERP systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance with zero-accident culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with lean certification (Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)
- Expertise in CNC machining, assembly processes, and automation systems
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record in union/non-union environments
