Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring targets are met safely and efficiently
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor quality control processes and address non-conformities promptly
- Collaborate with engineering to implement process improvements
- Manage inventory levels and material flow through production lines
- Prepare production reports and analyze performance metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with proven production supervision experience
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and GMP protocols
- Advanced proficiency in production management software (SAP, MES)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
