Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations of 3 high-volume assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Train and mentor production staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production workflows
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, scrap rates, and on-time delivery
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership
- Strong proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher)
- Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and improving efficiency
- Expert knowledge of safety regulations and industrial equipment
- Advanced data analysis skills with ERP/MES systems
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak production
