Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3 manufacturing lines (targeting 95% OEE)
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ production technicians through performance coaching
- Implement lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, TPM)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and OSHA safety standards
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment reliability
- Manage inventory control and material flow optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing leadership with metal fabrication experience
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CNC machining and welding processes
- Proven track record of reducing production costs by 15%+
- Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
