Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Optimize manufacturing processes using lean methodologies to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production technicians and assemblers
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize costs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Monitor KPIs and production metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment
- Proven experience in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
