Join Precision Manufacturing Group as a Production Supervisor and lead our state-of-the-art automotive components division. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 50+ person team, ensuring targets are met
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control and material flow to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment calibration and preventative scheduling
- Generate production reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with lean certification
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ISO 9001 compliance
- Advanced proficiency in production management software (SAP, Oracle)
- Experience in automotive or precision component manufacturing
- Proven track record of improving OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with Six Sigma/Black Belt preferred
