Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations for 3-5 assembly lines
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Train and mentor production teams on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and cycle times
- Collaborate with quality control to resolve production defects
- Manage inventory levels and material flow through production
- Develop and maintain shift schedules to meet production targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety leadership record
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Proven experience with Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends as needed
