Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3-5 manufacturing lines

- Train and mentor 15+ production staff on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Collaborate with engineering teams on continuous improvement projects
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage inventory control and production scheduling systems
- Analyze KPIs to optimize throughput and reduce downtime
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Expertise in CNC machinery and automated production systems
- Strong data analysis skills with ERP systems (SAP experience ideal)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proven track record in reducing production costs by 15%+
