Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules for 3 manufacturing lines, ensuring 99.8% on-time delivery
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15% annually
- Train and develop production staff on new equipment and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production workflows
- Conduct daily quality audits and implement corrective actions
- Manage inventory control systems and reduce material costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain zero-accident safety record
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision with lean certification
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and production tracking software
- Demonstrated success in reducing production costs and improving efficiency
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 quality standards
- Experience with CNC machinery and automated production systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
