Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations to meet quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and 5S methodologies for efficiency
- Train and supervise production teams while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production tracking software
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to work rotating shifts and stand for extended periods
