Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production workflows, ensuring targets are met with zero safety incidents
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and mentor 15+ production staff on equipment operation and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with engineering team to maximize uptime
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with R&D on prototype testing and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive industry experience
- Proven track record implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle) and data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis expertise
- Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime
