Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets are met with zero defects
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflows and reduce waste
- Train and mentor production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process improvements and quality control
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate maintenance schedules for machinery
- Generate production reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of CNC machining and assembly processes
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- OSHA 30-hour training certification required
