Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across 3 assembly lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste by 15%
- Train and mentor 15+ production staff on safety protocols
- Coordinate with quality control to maintain ISO 9001 standards
- Manage inventory levels and supply chain logistics
- Develop production schedules meeting weekly targets
- Conduct root cause analysis for process inefficiencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing supervision
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour training certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of KPI improvement
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
