Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities across 3 manufacturing lines
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste
- Train and supervise 15+ production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, first-pass yield, and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with engineering teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory control and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Certification in OSHA safety standards highly desirable
- Experience with CNC machinery and automated production systems
- Proven track record of improving productivity metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and team leadership abilities
