Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations across 3+ manufacturing lines
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ production technicians and assemblers
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 9001 quality standards and OSHA safety protocols
- Analyze production metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and quality control departments
- Develop training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing production environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and personnel management
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Kaizen principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and production planning software
- Certification in OSHA safety standards and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
