Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Collaborate with engineering teams on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and production reports to identify bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and ISO 9001 standards
- Manage inventory control and material flow coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 5+ years in manufacturing leadership with automotive experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
