Responsibilities
- Manage daily production schedules and ensure timely delivery of high-quality components
- Supervise and mentor 15+ production technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Monitor and maintain strict quality control standards through rigorous inspection protocols
- Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime and prevent costly downtime
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and ISO 9001 safety and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing supervision with lean/six sigma certification
- Proven track record of improving productivity and reducing operational costs
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, injection molding, or assembly processes
- Expertise in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software
- OSHA 30-hour certification and experience managing safety protocols
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
